Each Managers Meeting is also an opportunity to honor the legacy of Tom Drumheller, whose vision continues to inspire our work today. His belief in genuine hospitality — rooted in kindness, connection, and having fun — remains at the center of everything we do.

At our most recent gathering, we were grateful to welcome Bill Heffernan, who led a powerful conversation on strengthening resilience — both within ourselves and for those around us. His message was a meaningful reminder that strong leadership starts from within, and that the way we show up each day has a lasting impact on our teams and our guests.
It’s also a chance to step away from the day-to-day and invest in leadership development — building confidence, alignment, and a shared vision that carries back into each property. And because Fun is one of our core values, we make sure to build that in too — from themed dress-up moments to a few unexpected surprises that spark laughter, creativity, and connection.
